Hi Michelle,I have not made any recent changes to my computer, although the automatic update option was selected in Explorer (I have since found this out).This issue only occurs in the corporate online banking section of Bank of Scotland. The Gemalto keypad software for this does not work in any other browser, according to their technical support this is right. Having spoken to their technical support teamthey insist that they have not had any other reports of this problem but I have little faith in their record keeping to be perfectly honest.I have tried another site I use (Vision Express) and the drop down menu works perfectly well.The problem only occurred somewhere between the 27th of March and the 18th of April - the last time it was used when it worked and the next time it was used and didn't work.I really appreciate your help, thank you.
